Jen’s Story
Two winters ago, Jen, a 33-year-old postal worker by day/supermom by night, decided enough was enough. She must get new windows right away. It was the sight of seeing her daughter, Liz under a warm blanket on the couch, practically shivering — “I just can’t get warm, Mommy!”
Those old drafty windows were as good as gone. But where to begin? “What do I know about windows,” Jen remembers thinking. So she did what she always does when she needs to take care of something with her house: head to Home Depot and talk to a sales consultant.
“It was the best decision I could have made,” Jen says. “The Home Depot sales consultant was helpful and polite and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I never felt like I was being pressured. He educated me about the process, and when I ultimately chose Simonton, I knew I’d made the perfect choice for my daughter and I. It truly was a wonderful experience all the way from sales to install.”
Best of all, perhaps, Jen says the financing option was perfect for her. She might have otherwise only afforded to replace windows one room at a time. Now, though, she can fully relax knowing the entire house is warm in the winter, cool in the summer, and, most importantly, cozier for her and Liz.
“It’s amazing how much homier our house feels with new Simonton windows,” Jen says.
