Two winters ago, Jen, a 33-year-old postal worker by day/supermom by night, decided enough was enough. She must get new windows right away. It was the sight of seeing her daughter, Liz under a warm blanket on the couch, practically shivering — “I just can’t get warm, Mommy!”
